UOB and its affiliates are not responsible for and have no control over their customers' data once such data has left UOB's and its affiliates' servers for disclosure and provision to DREA ASIA PTE. LTD. [Skale] and its affiliates, subsidiaries, related persons and other third parties as decided at their sole discretion.

For the avoidance of doubt, UOB and its affiliates:

1. makes no representation or warranty whether express or implied, and accepts no responsibility or liability for the completeness, accuracy, use, purchase and subscription of any digital applications, products or services provided by any Third Party on BizSmart;
2. shall not be responsible or liable for the acts or defaults of any Third Party or for the defects, performance, non-performance or deficiency of all or any part of the digital applications, services or the products by any Third Party on BizSmart; and
3. makes no warranty or representation on or assume any liability or responsibility as to the quality, defects, performance, non-performance, merchantability, fitness for purpose or any other aspect of the digital applications, products or the services within BizSmart.

UOB or its affiliates shall not be construed or implied as endorsing, recommending or favouring any Third Party digital application, products or services by reason of:

1. any inclusion of any digital applications, products or services under BizSmart; or
2. the promotion directly or indirectly (whether through it's or its affiliates' website or in any other manner) of any Third Party digital application, products or services by UOB or its affiliates.
