Terms and conditions
With effect from 22 May 2020, please be informed that:
a) you will earn up to UNI$10 per S$5 spend on selected online shopping and entertainment transactions, and Mobile Contactless Transactions^ only;
b) the total bonus UNI$ awarded to you from qualifying spend on Selected Online Transactions and Mobile Contactless Transactions is capped at UNI$2,000 for each calendar month. After which, UNI$1 will be awarded per S$5 spend. UNI$ will not be awarded for transactions at UOB$ merchants where UOB$ is issued. Other UOB$ terms and conditions apply. Spend exclusions apply.
With effect from 16 March 2020, please be informed that selected transactions such as insurance payments, Grab mobile wallet top-ups, wire transfers, payments to Non-Financial Institutions (such as crypto-currencies etc), quasi-cash and more will be excluded from the awarding of UNI$. For the avoidance of doubt, all other Grab transactions will continue to be eligible for awarding of UNI$.
With effect from 1 February 2021, UNI$ will no longer be awarded for Transactions involving payments to hospitals, automobile parking lots and garages.
With effect from 1 March 2022, UNI$ will no longer be awarded for transactions with transaction descriptions "TRANSIT*" and "AMAZE* TRANSIT*".
With effect from 1 August 2022, UNI$ will no longer be awarded for payments to IPAYMY, RWS-LEVY, SMOOVE PAY, SINGPOST – SAM, and Razer Pay and payments for utilities.
With effect from 21 July 2024, UNI$ will no longer be awarded for transactions with the transaction description “NORWDS*”.
With effect from 1 October 2024, UNI$ will no longer be awarded for transactions with the transaction description “AMAZE*” and Merchant Category Codes 5965 Direct marketing – Combination Catalog and Retail Merchants, 5993 Cigar Stores and Stands, 8699 Membership Organizations (Not Elsewhere Classified) and 8999 Professional Services (Not Elsewhere Classified).

Frequently asked questions
Why was I not awarded with the bonus UNI$9 for my transaction?
Bonus UNI$9 is awarded to 1) mobile contactless transactions and 2) selected online shopping, dining and entertainment transactions charged to the card. Please click here for more details on the list of eligible transactions.
The total bonus UNI$ awarded to you from qualifying spend on selected online transactions and mobile contactless transactions is capped at UNI$2,000 for each calendar month. If you have met the monthly cap for the calendar month, you will not be awarded with the bonus UNI$9 for these transactions.
Please note that mobile contactless transactions are only classified as such if the transaction is effected by waving the mobile device against the contactless payment reader in the physical store. Mobile contactless transactions made in-app are considered as online transactions and will only be awarded the bonus UNI$ if they are eligible online shopping, dining and entertainment transactions.
Is there a cap on the bonus UNI$9?

For existing UOB Credit Cardmembers
- Latest income documents as above are required if you wish to update the Credit Limit on your UOB Cards; or if there has been a change in your employment.
Important notes
- For CPF Contribution History Statement submission, the maximum credit limit is calculated based on the CPF salary ceiling of S$6,000 per month. Please submit your latest Income Tax Notice of Assessment together with your CPF Contribution History Statement if your monthly salary is more than S$6,000.
- Print your Income Tax Notice of Assessment via https://mytax.iras.gov.sg with your Singpass or IRAS PIN.
- Note that if your income documents reflect a lower income than that in our bank records, we will have to reduce the current credit limit of your existing unsecured facilities to reflect prevailing earned income.
- We reserve the right to request for information and income documents if deemed necessary.
