Innovate into ASEAN
Wednesday Talk

UOBC is an excellent partner for Tech/Fintech innovators or entrepreneurs who are interested in the ASEAN market. On 28 October 2020, we hosted “Innovate into ASEAN, Wednesday Talk” and invited guest speakers Mr Dato’ Eric Ku, Executive Director of iTrain Group Malaysia, Mr David Wu, Head of Global Business Development, VIPKID, and Mr Jerry Zhang, Partner of XueBa100 who shared and discussed business opportunities in ASEAN and China. This talk focused on Malaysia’s online education market and provided deeper insights into their needs and pain points.
UOBC's Collaboration with Co-working Spaces

UOBC has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with three coworking space providers, Ucommune, the Bridge+, and LJZ Emerging Finance Park, to offer financial and workspace solutions to start-ups and SMEs. Our start-up and SME customers will enjoy a range of benefits at these coworking spaces across Greater China while their members will have access to UOBC’s comprehensive suite of banking products and services.
