We will notify you if we require more time to investigate due to the complexity of the matter. We appreciate your understanding.

We strive to ensure that all feedback is addressed satisfactorily. If the outcome of our review does not meet your expectations, you may refer the matter to the Financial Industry Disputes Resolution Centre Ltd (FIDReC). FIDReC is an independent institution that resolves consumer financial disputes through mediation and adjudication, up to S$150,000 per claim.
