How it works?
This will be a 2-year programme split into 2 stints:
1st year centralized training with Data Management Office
2nd year working on real world use cases with home function

Who can apply for the programme?
AIDA CoE is targeted at outstanding talents who are looking to be at the forefront of AI & Data.
- Fresh Professionals with < 2 years of working experience OR
- Fresh graduates from university (Bachelors or Master's are welcome)
- No outstanding sponsorship obligations
What is the recruitment process like?
1. Program Application
2. Shortlisted applicants will go through a psychometric assessment.
3. Upon assessment, there will be 2 rounds of interviews.
4. Successful candidates will be notified
Will I be notified of the results?
Candidates who have been shortlisted can expect an email from us with timelines on further details.
Is there any bonding obligations?
Applicants will be full time employees with the bank from day 1, and they should not have any current outstanding sponsorship obligations.
