Terms and Conditions
1. The above offer is only applicable to new Principal Cardmembers of SOGO UOB Cards ("Cardmembers") whose applications are approved. Each Cardmember can hold one SOGO UOB Card only (SOGO UOB Visa or SOGO UOB Visa Gold).
2. UOB and SOGO Hong Kong Co., Ltd. do not warrant the quality of the products or services provided by the participating merchants. The participating merchants also do not represent UOB and SOGO Hong Kong Co., Ltd. The participating merchants shall be solely responsible for all effects and consequences of the products and services.
3. UOB, SOGO Hong Kong Co., Ltd. and the participating merchants reserve the right to alter the terms and conditions herein with reasonable notice to the Cardmembers who will be bound by such alterations unless the SOGO UOB Cards are returned to UOB Card Centre for cancellation before the date upon which any alteration is to take effect.
4. The benefits of SOGO UOB Cardmembers are valid at SOGO Hong Kong Co., Ltd. only.
5. If the business(es) of the participating merchant(s) no longer render(s), the respective promotional offer(s) will be automatically terminated.
6. In case of any dispute, the decisions of UOB, SOGO Hong Kong Co., Ltd. and the participating merchants shall be final.
7. Should there be any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.

1. The rates of retail transactions and cash advances are 24%p.a. (APR 26.82%) and 30%p.a. (APR 36.76%) respectively. The cash advance limit is up to 80% of the assigned credit limit of individual SOGO UOB Cardmembers.
2. United Overseas Bank Limited and SOGO Hong Kong Co., Ltd. do not warrant the quality of the products or services provided by the participating merchants. The participating merchants also do not represent United Overseas Bank Limited and SOGO Hong Kong Co., Ltd. The participating merchants shall be solely responsible for all effects and consequences of the products and services.
